Anyone else notice it's always the same guys that live at this site that complain to any new change Brad or F4F offer? Guys get a life, no one cares what you think. You are only 10 out of 1,000's of guys/girls here. It will happen so get over it and stop crying.

Brads post said he was curious to hear people thoughts , and that is what all the previous posters have done . Whether they agree or not they are entitled to give that opinion , so perhaps you need to get over it too ???

Okay that's only real way I can see this working without it upsetting the current performers and customers. Giving both sides these options above may make this feature a nice new addition if it is used right and monitored that it is doing the site some good, if the feature is found to be abused it should be removed without hesitations or we may end up with good performers leaving as we did have when the preview window was first introduced.

I'm not sure I agree 100% with the idea of segregating these kinds of rooms into a special section as I think it adds some arbitrary rules and such and makes it less likely for things to happen organically.
I agree with almost all of your other points I think.
It's worth remembering, performers are always in control of their rooms (we need to let them ban/eject again) ... they decide what they will do and won't do. They will always do what is is in their best interest.

Horrible idea. This goes against what separates flirt from their competitors. The best thing about this site is the relationships one has with the models through talking and communication. This relationship also enhances time in pvt knowing its a more intimate setting.

2. Bring in a new section for this on the model menu in rooms, call it something like (Shows4Tips or any name the site can think off). This will then allow performers to choose if they want to be in that section and that way when they are in the normal sections they are not pestered to do shows for tips in open room and then it is also clear to customers what to expect in the different types of rooms. Add this information to the Show Rates section this new section and explain how it can be used and the limitations etc etc. Also these new rooms should still have a Private button or multi user button for private shows and allow performers to pick the rate for the private/multi shows.
3. Now this part i'm going to add to stop the site being full of freeloaders that will never pay but sit there and watch shows in open room at others expence. The only customers that can enter these rooms have to be proven adults ( so no grey users and white members that have not added CC details to their account) and have spent $250+ (or a figure $ the site thinks is about average for a good customer). This must be put in place or we will end up having a site full of minors and freeloaders.
I love this idea, Nabil! I was a bit worried about this possible change, but if your idea was implemented I'd jump in that new category like NOW! Hell, make it $100 or even $50 (the threshold). In my experience, the ranting, begging idiots are those who didn't spend a dime on this site. Even if the rooms were open to people who didn't spend anything but at least signed up with a CC their atmosphere would be much better then it is in my room sometimes. Quote

I know that if flirt adopts this idea I'll be on here less. No point stopping by my favourite performers room to chat and joke around with even when not being able to go pvt if the room will just be filled of beggars and free loaders wanting a show.
We all know the "other site" being discussed and if you go into the rooms you realise that the conversations and banter that can take over a room here does not exist. Its simply being asking how much for certain acts and the models asking for tips.
If a model wants to do this they can work there, why should flirt lower is exclusivity and standards which no matter how you spin it is what this idea does.
there are currently more in models in private on this site than the other one even though that site has over 650 models online.

One point about "beggars" that I keep forgetting to mention is that we would likely add two buttons for performers:
- Block video from unregistered users
- Block chat from unregistered users (they could read, but not type)
This ends a lot of the nonsense right there. Further, the minute that a performer who is so inclined starts doing something interesting the beggars will leave and rush to that room.
I think we might all be surprised that this idea could curtail begging instead of increasing it.

It's on my list, it doesn't program itself though. We put our resources where the needs are.

Good point, might be hard to enforce; but just having the rule "on the books" so to speak might be enough for performers to point to it and say "this is why I don't just do ____".

You know Brad, I think perhaps your perspective is skewed, because you're not a customer. I haven't been here long, but long enough to see several decisions or ideas coming from the top that seem to completely miss the point and value of the personal relationships between models and their regulars. You see credits and cash, we see friends we have fun with.
I suspect you're on a quest to grow your business that will end up destroying what made it successful in the first place, because I'm not sure you even recognize what that is.

Please don't make F4F into one of those cheap tacky sites where the poor models have ta bear their tonsils for free ta get a lil attention ... it's degrading and undermines the bewty been able ta dance the flirt ... there r a thousand other ways to up the turnover!

I think two things have got to happen;
1) auto ban anyone who says model so-and-so is doing X, go see it ... or make it impossible to have more than 1 chat window open at a time
2) find and permanently ban anyone using a Replay Media Catcher to record RTMP .FLV streams ... there's F4F pirated vids all over rapid share, filestube, etc; many with sponsored links

When the topic of conversation is something light and fun, and not vile and disgusting.. this feature will only encourage the latter part.. Which typically leads to loss of mojo and a case of the 'fuck- its' and that's always a buzz kill.
I've worked on a couple other sites, but I stayed with flirt because of its unique atmosphere.
I suppose some could benefit from this.. I mean since there are many models who basically do free shows in open anyways,they may as well get tipped for it rather than fired from the site...
